前置詞は、名詞や名詞相当語句（代名詞、動名詞など）の前に置く語で、〈前置詞＋名詞／名詞相当語句〉を『前置詞句』と呼びます。
前置詞句の主なものに、about ～「～について」、at ～「～に、～で」、for ～「～のための／に、～の間、～にとって」、from ～「～から」、in ～「～の中に、～に、～で」、of ～「～の、～の中で」、on ～「～の上に、～に、～で」、などがあります。
That’s in aisle 7.のinは「～に」という意味で、『場所、位置』を表しています。

ドラッグストアに薬を買いに行きました。
「7番通路にありますよ」「棚の一番上にありますよ」

Staff : That’s in aisle 7.	店員 : それなら7番通路にありますよ。
Ken : Thank you.	ケン : ありがとう。
Ken : Do you have any medicine for ulcers?	ケン : 潰瘍の薬何かある？
Staff : That’s on the top shelf here.	店員 : 棚の一番上にあります。
Ken : Great. What about cough medicine?	ケン : よかった、咳の薬は？
Staff : You’ll have to ask the pharmacist at the counter.	店員 : カウンターにいる薬剤師さんに聞いてください。
Ken : Okay. Thank you.	ケン : そうだね、ありがとう。
Staff : It sounds like you have a lot of problems.	店員 : いろいろ大変そうですね。

blind date「ブラインド・デート」とは、面識のないふたりが、第三者の仲介によってふたりだけでデートをすることです。
I’m kind of curious to see who shows up.「誰が登場するのかちょっと興味があるなあ」の、 kind ofは「ある程度」「ちょっと」という意味で、これを挿入することで、断定を避けやわらかい印象を与える言い方になります。
curiousは「好奇心をそそる」、show upは「姿を現す」、weirdは「奇妙な」「気味の悪い」、sneak a peekは「盗み見る」。
